Maintenance Technician Position Available In Camden, Georgia

Maintenance Technician HIPPO Storage 5653 Ga Hwy 40 East, Kingsland, GA 31548 We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Technician. You scope of duties would include property maintenance, building maintenance, truck and trailer preventative maintenance, along with other assigned technical assignments. Candidates must have good communication skills and be able to complete assigned responsibilities. Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude. Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. You will be working between both of our locations. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from internal stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanics, small engine repair, electrical, and plumbing as well as HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Compensation will be dependent on experience.
