AM Position Overview:

Seeking a Multi-craft Maintenance Technician to join our growing team on 2nd shift . This hands-on role requires expertise in mechanical and electrical systems with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of industrial equipment and automation systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic , and automated systems Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability Repair 3-phase motor controls , PLC systems (including Allen Bradley), conveyors, welders and provide routine preventative maintenance on machinery Diagnose and resolve issues with robotic welders and automated machinery Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements Ensure all OSHA safety standards , including proper Lockout/Tagout procedures are followed/adhered to Document maintenance activity, parts used, and repairs completed in the

CMMS Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Experience with electrical troubleshooting , 3-phase 480V systems , and motor controls Basic understanding of PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred) and robotics is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment reliability Must be able to work 2nd shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Technical diploma or certification in maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred
