Die Tech Industries is a leader in advanced manufacturing and automation. We are currently seeking an experienced Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our industrial equipment in a high-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Maintain and repair 3-phase motor controls, PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred), conveyors, and welding equipment Diagnose and resolve issues with robotic welders and automation systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Work closely with engineering and production teams on equipment upgrades and installations Follow all OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures Accurately document work performed, parts used, and maintenance activity in the
CMMS Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including 3-phase 480V and motor controls Basic understanding of PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred); experience with robotics is a plus Proficient in mechanical systems, including welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Ability to work 2nd shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred
