EPA & CPO
Certification preferred, Apartment Industry Experience a plus Need some knowledge of minor appliance repairs (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.) Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic required Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation Starting pay of $22-$24 per hour based on prior experience and certifications.
