Handy Man Duties:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
• Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
• Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
• Proficiency in using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
