We are a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, known for precision, innovation, and a strong commitment to safety. We are currently hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support plant operations at our Canton, GA facility.
Position Overview:
This role performs hands-on industrial and facilities maintenance across the plant. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems and heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform welding (SMAW, MIG, TIG), torch cutting, and light fabrication Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment Install, maintain, and rebuild mechanical systems and tools Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Maintain building systems as needed (basic carpentry, mechanical repairs) Work independently and respond quickly to maintenance issues
Required Certifications:
Forklift Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Aerial Lift Fall Protection Confined Space Crane Operation Hot Work Pallet Jack Shift Details:

Day shift for the first 90 days
Third Shift Options:
Weekday Nights:
Monday-Wednesday one week, Monday-Thursday the next, 7:00 PM-7:00
AM Weekend Nights:
Thursday-Saturday one week, Friday-Sunday the next, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Shift flexibility is required
Qualifications:
