Third Shift Repair & Maintenance Technician 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Ball Ground, GA 30107 Third Shift Repair & Maintenance Technician Automation Personnel Services is hiring experienced Third Shift Repair & Maintenance Technician s for a manufacturing facility in Ball Ground, Georgia. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, repairing plant equipment—including hydraulic systems and basic PLC components and other related job duties. Pay Rate $25.00 per hour, can increase based on experience. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Must be available to train on first shift! Occasional overtime during the week and up to 5 hours on Saturdays as needed. Third Shift Repair & Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to urgent equipment repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the plant. Complete and track maintenance work orders, inspections, and repair logs. Support equipment upgrades, welding tasks, and improvement projects. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace in compliance with plant standards. Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure consistency and efficiency. Additional job duties as assigned by management Third Shift Repair & Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems (including 3-phase, 240v-480v). Ability to read electrical schematics; PLC and welding experience preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Drug screening and background check are required. Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted, in office lifting assessment is required.
