Full-Time, Temporary, Temp-to-Hire Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to fill various apartment community roles in Atlanta, GA. We are hiring for leasing and maintenance positions that are crucial to maintaining and enhancing the living experience for residents. If you have the skills, experience, and passion for apartment community management or maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Available Positions:

1. Groundskeepers No experience required.

Responsibilities:

Picking up trash, pressure washing, leaf blowing, trash out removals, and curb appeal maintenance.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 2. Make Ready/Punch Technicians Minimum 6 months of experience.

Handyman experience required:

electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, installation of appliances.

Requirements:

Must have your own tools. 3. Service Technicians Minimum 6 months of experience. Handyman experience required, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot and install appliances.

Requirements:

Must have your own tools. 4. HVAC and EPA Certified Technicians Minimum 6 months of experience. HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and repair experience required. Handyman experience required, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot major appliances.

Requirements:

Must have your own tools. 5. Maintenance Supervisors Minimum 6 months of experience. Previous experience overseeing maintenance staff required. HVAC and EPA certification preferred.

Requirements:

Must have your own tools. 6. Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Leasing Professional Minimum 6 months of experience. Engage with potential residents, present available units, and close leases. Maintain accurate records, handle resident inquiries, and assist with renewals. 7. Assistant Community Managers Minimum 6 months of experience. Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including leasing, resident relations, and financial management. Assist in managing property staff and ensuring the community runs smoothly.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in the respective role. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

For maintenance roles:

Must have your own tools and experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
