Industrial Maintenance Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 6065 Jonesboro Road, Morrow, GA 30260 Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, as well as troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal machine performance and uptime. Assist with installation, calibration, and setup of new equipment. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend new equipment or upgrades when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred). or production environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other industrial systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
