What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of experience cleaning gutters ✅ Comfortable working on roofs 50′-60′ high ✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation ✅ Strong work ethic and personal responsibility ✅ Positive attitude & ability to work well in a team ✅ Detail-oriented with good time management ✅ Clean and professional appearance ✅ Ready to become a full-time W2 employee
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and load work trucks each day Assist with ladder setup and safety on-site Perform thorough gutter cleanings Help with gutter repairs and minor roof maintenance Communicate professionally with homeowners
