billion in 2024. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure proper maintenance within our facility and to support the timely production of high-quality products in a cost-efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to maintaining equipment and facility operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and the facility.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Work independently when necessary, following written instructions.

Use hand tools, power tools, cutting and burning equipment, welding equipment, and material handling equipment.

Maintain accurate counts and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Ensure a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Use prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines.

Report unsafe acts or conditions immediately to supervisors.

Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Working knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity, machine repair, arc welding, and cutting torch use.

Preferred experience with automation systems.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Ability to maintain accurate records and paperwork.
