Qualifications Must be able to work with flour and wheat food manufacturing environments. Working knowledge of automated conveyor systems, Acuview, JC Ford and Lawrence Baking Equipment. Ability to read, speak and write English so as to assimilate, retain, and apply training and knowledge of job functions and recognize and communicate problems and recommended solutions. Experience working with a CMMS Strong motor controls, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC skills. Strong troubleshooting capabilities Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical & electro – mechanical systems and practical knowledge of plant electrical/mechanical systems. Ability to analyze electro-mechanical devices, troubleshoot failures and implement repairs. High school diploma or equivalent; Technical School Degree preferred
