ob Summary We are seeking a skilled Industrial MaintenanceTechnician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrialmachinery and mechanical equipment in our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude,electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to workindependently in a fast-paced environment. This role involvesperforming preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, andensuring that production lines operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on industrialmachinery, such as conveyors, packaging machines, motors, pumps,and other mechanical and electrical equipment. Troubleshoot anddiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimizedowntime and improve equipment performance. Conduct preventivemaintenance tasks, including lubrication, inspection, andreplacement of parts to prevent equipment failures. Install,repair, and maintain electrical systems including control panels,wiring, motors, and other components. Work with PLC-controlledmachinery to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs.

Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment issuesand prioritize maintenance tasks accordingly. Ensure all repairsand maintenance activities comply with safety regulations andcompany standards. Document maintenance activities, includingcompleted repairs, parts used, and recommendations for futureimprovements. Assist in the installation and setup of new machineryand equipment as required. Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) proceduresto ensure safety during maintenance operations. Stay updated onbest practices for machine maintenance and safety regulations,participating in continuous training and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; technicalcertifications or an Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance,Mechatronics, or related field preferred. 3 years of experience inindustrial maintenance or a similar role in a manufacturingenvironment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electricalsystems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Proficiency in troubleshootingand repairing PLC systems and automated machinery. Familiarity withindustrial safety standards and regulations, including LOTOprocedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics,and technical manuals. Experience with welding, machining, orfabrication is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with aproactive approach to maintenance and repairs. Strong attention todetail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime andweekends, as needed. Preferred Qualifications Certifications inindustrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related technicalfields. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance ManagementSystems) for tracking maintenance activities. Previous experiencein manufacturing or food processing environments. PhysicalRequirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in aphysically demanding environment. Comfortable working in confinedspaces and at heights. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reachfor extended periods.
