Handyman for rental houses•must have plumbing experience Currently have a house in Smyrna that has an exterior spigot issue. Could be a gasket issue could need replacement. For hanuman work, we normally pay $30•40/hour + trip fee and can convert things to flat fees. We almost always require insurance, though we do have some small one-off projects from time to time where it’s not required. We need at least 3 references. Prefer someone who has a website and/or socials, though not always required. Please provide name, company name if applicable, phone number, and direct email.
