Job Description
This is skilled work in the maintenance repair and installation in buildings and assigned areas using equipment as required. Carries out duties both independently and as a team member in specific assigned projects. Ensures inspections of assigned zones are carried out and deficiencies are recorded and corrected in a timely manner. Coordinates department repairs with the least amount of impact on patient care. Ensures all paperwork is completed on time and correctly.
High School Diploma or GED1 year or more of experience in general maintenanceDemonstrates knowledge of basic general maintenance such as electrical, pluming, HVAC, refrigeration, and carpentry.
Valid state drivers license
