The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical systems.. Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance activities. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Experience in an industrial setting or a related field. Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, 480v motors, bearings, gear boxes, conveyers. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
