Experienced Multi-family Property Maintenance Technician Wanted! Phase Housing Management LLC Bainbridge, GA 39817 A growing property management group is looking for a maintenance technician for four small multi-family properties in Bainbridge and Donalsonville, GA. If you have previous experience in handling apartment make readies and maintenance issues, then we would like to speak with you! A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical, and HVAC experience is a plus. An ideal candidate would have 2 years of maintenance experience in the multi-family industry, and be able to complete work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely manner.
