Maitenance worker Hospitality Management Bainbridge, GA 39819 Seeking maintenance technician with experience and skills to handle basic plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, painting, etc.
Responsibilities:
Basic maintenance of the hotel including all common areas as well as Guest Rooms, and job assign by Manager Routine Repairs Experience in Carpentry, Painting and drywall work Plumbing repairs i.e. fixtures, sinks, faucets, tubs, caulking, leaks, toilets Assist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems and make minor repairs and/or replacement Maintain the exterior and “curb appeal” as required Exterior painting and cleaning Pool Maintenance (when needed) Custodial Duties including trash pickup throughout the property Change guest room door locks Setting up event space with tables and chairs Effectively communicate with Guests as well as all departments to coordinate work orders Regular maintain hvac system, PTAC unit, clean replace filters, vents, Grills, Follow SOP’s, Documentation, and PM as required by schedule and
GM Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic plumbing Knowledge of basic electrical Knowledge of flooring Painting and sheetrock Experience with general maintenance tools and repairs Troubleshooting ability Able to take direction from Management and provide daily work log
