What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver a world class customer experience while executing homeowner tasks. Be the trusted advisor for your homeowner network (thinking proactively for our homeowners). Handle general home repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and smart home device installation. Partner with a small group of homeowners to keep their homes in top shape — managing approximately 40-60 homes within East Atlanta. Use our app to stay organized and keep track of tasks efficiently. Provide feedback to Dandy’s founder in an effort to continually improve the homeowner experience and operational efficiency. Grow into the go-to person that helps develop our future Dandy Handyman crew!

What We Expect From You:

• You hold customer experience as the highest priority.

Ensuring they feel heard and that you communicate with them effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills — you can confidently troubleshoot common household issues and get them resolved correctly on the first try. Relentless Attention to detail — Whether your tasks are ones that can be seen, or unseen, you have incredibly high standards that you meet in order to ensure your work is of the highest quality. A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and your own tools — you’ll be traveling between customers’ homes to handle maintenance and improvement tasks. 3+ years of experience as a handyman or in multiple skilled trades — you’re proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and smart home device installation. Licensed general contractors, electricians, and plumbers are highly encouraged to apply!

• $85,000
• $100,000 base salary + equity (we believe everyone should have potential upside as we grow Dandy!) Set hours
• Work Monday
• Friday, 8:30am
• 5:00pm (no nights, weekends, required overtime, or on-call shifts). Generous time off

• As the founding handyman, you will receive equity in the company along with health Insurance and a company phone. Mileage reimbursement
• Get paid for driving between each appointment.
