Maintenance Technician 3
PL Vision LLC Atlanta, GA Schedule:
C-Shift – rotating 12-hr nights (48/36 hr bi-weekly)
Conversion:
Possible after 90 days Key Requirements 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, PM, and repair) Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Strong troubleshooting skills; must work independently Familiarity with corrugator equipment (Agnati, Wolverine Press, Arpac Wrapper, Mosca unitizer, etc.) is a plus Basic knowledge of PLC systems (programming a plus) Must have electrical experience with live equipment (not just classroom) Experience with AC/DC systems and 24V circuits
Preferred:
Technical diploma or Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative maintenance and ensure minimal downtime Install, start-up, and shut down machinery per safety and OSHA standards Support and train other technicians; interface with line operators to resolve issues Read and interpret technical manuals, specs, and electrical codes Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work environment Document repairs and PMs accurately and on time Participate in audits and comply with all safety and quality regulations
