The job duties would include but not be limited to: Unit turns HVAC Repair Plumbing repair Sheetrock repair Grounds clean up Normal interior repairs The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well being of the tenants. Must have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record. Minimum of one year experience required.
