Whether you are repairing equipment or speaking with a client directly, SERVICE to the client is our primary objective. There is no selling required in this position; you just need to clean and maintain the pool! This position will be in the Atlanta, GA area and will report to an Area Leader.

Responsibilities:

Driving the company vehicle to the customer’s location, loading and unloading tools as needed. Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools by testing swimming pool water pH, salt or chlorine levels and adding chemicals to correct pH level. Performs cleaning of swimming pools and clearing debris in a safe and sanitary condition, including clearing Skimmer baskets. Brush and vacuum swimming pool according to established procedures. Check and perform preventative maintenance on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment to maintain operative condition. Clean and disinfect the pool deck area. Blows the pool deck and chairs of leaves and debris. Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed. Makes minor adjustments and keeps equipment in good repair. Performs heavy manual labor, including operating riptides, and vacuums. Maintains maintenance records and schedules in Skimmer. Maintains log of work completed and orders necessary supplies. Performs related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Proven experience as a pool technician. Strong knowledge of pool equipment, including pumps, Chlorination & Salt Systems, filters, heaters, automation systems, electrical and plumbing. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex pool equipment issues while on site. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment when required. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma/GED (preferred but not required)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday with occasional
