• Job Purpose:

• Skilled in mechanical/electrical operations of facilities. Perform maintenance and repairs to standard facility equipment. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure maintenance & repairs are conducted timely
• Your tasks:
• + Skilled in mechanical/electrical operations of facilities.

+ Document all work within DHL maintenance system + Perform maintenance and repairs to standard facility equipment (HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, etc.) + Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure maintenance & repairs are conducted timely. + Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems + Performing maintenance of electrical systems + Assisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems + Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) + Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines + Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team + Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation + Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

• Your profile:
• Education Level
• + Vocational or Technical education with FM certification + Associates degree in technical field a plus
• Experience Level
• + More than 2 years in Facility Management with a technical focus. + Universal refrigerant license a plus + Previous experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) system
