un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Part-time Handyman for several duplexes (Rincon, GA) compensation: variable based on projects employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Handyman We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Handyman for maintaining several duplexes in Rincon, GA. The individual should be able to come for one or two days a week. Experience in maintaining duplexes, apartments and home rehabs, routine maintenance and repairs.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a neat and clean appearance and a professional demeanor, and a good working knowledge of all trades—from carpentry, masonry, concrete, tiling, painting, and drywalling to light plumbing and electrical. Requirements Must have 5+ years experience. Must have valid ID & Drivers License.
