Industrial Maintenance Technician Partners Personnel Claxton, GA 30417 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and machinery, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters, to diagnose issues. Conduct stick welding and other fabrication tasks as needed for repairs. Analyze mechanical systems and components to identify potential problems before they escalate. Work with hydraulics systems to maintain and repair hydraulic machinery. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment needs and improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Proficient in using ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Experience with stick welding techniques. Strong understanding of industrial mechanics and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems. Excellent analytical skills to assess machinery performance and identify areas for improvement. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
