Maintenance Technician Apsilon Hotels, LLC Peachtree City, GA 30269 POSITION SUMMARY Perform maintenance service or repairs to consistently maintain the hotel’s buildings, grounds, and equipment to company’s standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Complete assigned tasks from General Manager before deadlines. Assure work meets company standards. Handle maintenance requests from all hotel departments. Assist in setting up meeting rooms as required. Maintain the cleanliness of hotel grounds. Empty all trash containers. Perform assigned landscaping tasks. Perform other duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND
ABILITIES
) Ability to speak, read, and write English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Three of more years of maintenance experience. Knowledge of basic plumbing, painting, electrical repairs, landscaping tools, and landscaping equipment.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background and drug test.
