days ago SUMMARY Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith Live is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and so much more! Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,400-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck. The Operations Team Member is a full-time, hands-on work position that assists in all operational aspects of event execution and daily facility upkeep, including setting up for events, working with all equipment, performing general janitorial duties, and assists with daily preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Duties and responsibilities may change day to day depending on facility or event needs. Hours of work may vary based on event schedules.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Keeps the mission, vision and values of Trilith Live at the forefront of decision making and action; builds strategic and collaborative relationships and interacts with others in a way that builds confidence and trust; provides excellent customer service by taking action to accomplish objectives, maintains high levels of work and productivity by generating innovative solutions to work situations.
  • Perform set up and take down of chairs, operable walls, barricades, staging, tables, and other equipment for the successful execution of events, including audio / visual equipment as needed.
  • Performs a variety of activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Performs and delivers all aspects of event services at the highest level to all clients and events including waste collection and removal, monitors and maintains restrooms, upkeep and maintenance of the facility and related support areas.
  • Reports all major maintenance items and concerns to management.
  • Operate equipment, such as pallet jacks, scrubbing machines, and other light power-driven equipment.
  • Responsible for proper storage and inventory of all event equipment and furniture.
  • Assist with outdoor grounds and parking deck maintenance.
  • Assists with various organizational projects and special assignments.
  • Required to work irregular schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate business and client needs in the facility.
  • Utilize building management software programs to manage maintenance work orders.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working in technical trades is preferred but not required.
  • Practical experience in facilities maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant systems within the facilities maintenance industry
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong detail-orientation
  • Able to solve problems independently.
  • Able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office email and maintenance work order software.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
