Job Description Summary
The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our client.
Job Description
Require the ability to read/understand prints/diagrams for buildings and equipment.
The ability to perform repairs and maintenance in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general mechanical maintenance without supervision.
Familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry.
Working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s).
Installs, repairs and maintains electrical controls, switching and motor controls.
Wires single and three phase motors.
Skills in maintaining facilities, equipment, and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot, identify the problem, determine the cause and repair as needed
Working knowledge and experience with multiple hand tools and power tools.
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE 6
months-2 years experience in Facility Maintenance is preferred.
