⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Cleaning / Security / Handyman compensation: $200 We have an Airbnb and need help moving out a squatter. Someone moved into one of our rooms and stopped paying and they won’t leave. I need you to get them out. I want you to pack a bag as if you are going on a long trip and to show up while they are at away from the house. Then you bag up their belongings in large black trash bags, put them outside the house. Then change the lock on the bedroom door with a normal door knob. Then you will need to clean the room sleep there for 2 nights. If they show up while you are there, you have to show them the Airbnb app and explain that you paid to stay there. Just lie to them and say the room was empty when you arrived. The goal is to just get them to go stay at a hotel or somewhere else.
