This position involves overseeing various facility-related tasks, managing projects, and supervising maintenance staff to ensure a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, HVAC, and project management, with the ability to read schematics and utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Duties Manage daily operations of facility maintenance and repairs. Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement solutions. Oversee HVAC systems maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Read and interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting and repairs. Perform electrical testing using voltmeters and ohmmeters as needed. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized projects or repairs. Assist in project management for facility upgrades or renovations. Skills Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficient in using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of low voltage systems and their applications. Experience in supervising maintenance teams or contractors. Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. Ability to read schematics for electrical systems accurately. Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is preferred.
