This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable, experienced technician to join a high-performing facilities team dedicated to excellence in service and operations. Job Summary The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general maintenance and repair of building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry . This role ensures that all systems are operating efficiently to support the needs of ongoing live events and facility operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures. Safely operate boom lifts and platform lifts to complete elevated tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using proper tools and equipment. Conduct basic carpentry repairs to facility structures and finishes. Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics. Complete and track work orders and maintenance logs. Follow safety guidelines and participate in mandatory safety training (forklift, lift certification, etc.). Notify supervisor of any systems requiring major repair or replacement. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional image at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid Georgia driver’s license. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing. Technical school training in HVAC or electrical systems is a plus, but not required. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
