Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
• Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Install or assemble fixtures, and other items as needed
• Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks, such as fixing leaks, CPVC assemblies, replacing light bulbs, running wires, change receptacles and lights

Experience:

• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Proficient in using hand and power tools

$120.00

• $160.00 per day Expected hours: 8
• 16 per week
