Hotel Maintenance Technician (Hilton Garden Inn Duluth) Hilton Garden Inn Sugarloaf 2040 Sugarloaf Circle, Duluth, GA 30097 We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs to ensure our hotel remains in excellent condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, carpet and floor cleaning, caulking, and other basic repair work. Make minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures, doors, plumbing, and other in-room or facility items. Participate in the hotel’s Preventative Maintenance Program to proactively address wear and tear on equipment and facilities. Promptly report major maintenance needs or safety issues to the Chief Engineer and/or General Manager. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting and event rooms as needed. Support other hotel departments with maintenance-related tasks and provide general assistance where required. Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in clean and safe condition. Adhere to all safety procedures and hotel policies while performing maintenance activities.

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs. Pay based on experience
