• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve system malfunctions, support process improvements, and assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs and maintenance on industrial controls and support operations involving PLCs, pumps, reactors, heat exchangers, and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards in a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Additional related job duties as assigned. Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs and HMIs.
• Hands-on experience with packaging machinery such as blister, bottle, label, and pouch systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with plant utilities including chillers, compressed air, and hot oil systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities.
• Drug screening and background check is required at the time of hire.
