In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards, known for its innovative technology and supportive team environment. Pay Rate Starting at $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, can increase based on additional related experience Schedule and Hours Mondays through Fridays, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Occasional overtime on weekends and/or after regular shifts Must be able to train on first shift Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain production equipment used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. Maintain and troubleshoot chemical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and chilled water systems. Repair and calibrate electrical control systems, motors, and precision measurement devices. Work with maintenance manager and engineering team on machine modifications and retrofits. Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment. Maintain technical knowledge through training and technical publications. Ensure preventative maintenance schedule is followed and safety standards are met. Additional related job duties as assigned by management. Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis. Proficiency in reading machine schematics. Experience with chillers, PI-Cs, and PLC-controlled equipment. Skilled in using multimeters, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools. Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Basic machine shop skills and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, Plastic). Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Drug screening and background checks are required.
