Maintenance Technician/Handy Man:
8-5 M-F with 100% paid medical benefits Bring your skills to a team that values hard work, craftsmanship, and community. We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Woodward is a growing, dynamic property management company with plenty of opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
Respond quickly to maintenance service requests (within 24-48 hours) Make vacant units “move-in ready” in just 5-7 days Perform daily property inspections to ensure everything looks and functions great Handle preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently Tackle emergency repairs as needed (on-call rotation) Work directly with vendors or handle repairs yourself
What You’ll Need:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks Basic HVAC knowledge and EPA Certification CPO license Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Must pass background and drug screening
