MAINTENANCE TECH

Responsibilities Performs a variety of duties in and around the facility buildings, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining equipment and machinery. Assists the Director of Plant Operations in completing tasks. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalency preferred. Trade or vocational school training preferred. 2 – 3 years experience in plant operations. N/A Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscape maintenance. Must have driving record that meets La Amistad Behavioral Health Services policy. Heavy demand; walking, standing, bending, lifting objects in excess of 50lbs, pushing and pulling. Must be familiar with the use of hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.
