If you want to help build and grow a small company as we gain market share and recurring clients, APPLY NOW! “`Duties“` As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions Focus on Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, and Water driven systems Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment “`Skills“` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions Proficiency in using hand tools & power tools (welding is a plus) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with other team members Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general repairs is all transferable Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and address their maintenance needs Please note travel is required throughout the Southeast but you are not required to drive.
