The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment. Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs or modifications. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality. Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards within the facility. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Assist in facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work orders and inventory of supplies. Skills Proficient in welding techniques and fabrication processes. Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge, including logic controllers. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on preventive measures. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
