Job Description:
Diamond National Realty is seeking a English and preferred Spanish speaker, motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technical inquiries. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining and solving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Speaking Spanish is mandatory. Must have skills in painting/punching/sheetrock. Respond to leasing inquiries and provide information on available properties Maintain effective communication with tenants, ensuring a smooth leasing process.
Qualifications:
English and Spanish fluency is a must Previous leasing or property management experience is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to commute to East Point, GA 30344
