• Key Responsibilities
• + Diagnose, repair, and rebuild a variety of mechanical and electrical systems + Use diagnostic tools and apply electrical/electronics theory + Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics + Maintain shop equipment and complete service documentation + Support R D efforts and participate in training as needed + Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Qualifications
• + Education or experience in a technical field (e.g., 2-year degree, FAA A&P Certification, or military/civil aircraft maintenance) + Mechanical repair experience + Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools + Understanding of electrical and electronics theory + Ability to read and interpret technical documentation + Basic knowledge of aviation maintenance

• + Familiarity with FAA regulations + Experience with corrosion control methods
