POSITION DESCRIPTION
The role of the Maintenance Technician is maintaining property facilities and ensure that things are in good working order, they handle maintenance calls from departments within the facility and residents living in the facility. The Maintenance Technician must provide their own basic tools for the position and will be expected to work flexible hours, including on-call evening rotation, weekend & holiday work and overtime as needed. 1+ years working as a Maintenance Technician experience required. Knowledge of heating & air conditioning unit repair and maintenance, preferred. Knowledge of pool maintenance, preferred. Basic understanding of repair & maintenance of appliances, plumbing and electrical.
