Certification HVAC Certification Full Job Description AMLI Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician at AMLI North Point, a luxury apartment community in Alpharetta. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team that will maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
General and higher-level maintenance services include plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Appliance replacement, HVAC, and plumbing component repair and replacement. Respond promptly to resident service requests and notify management upon completing service requests or pending work due to back-ordered supplies, including helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment, utilizing AMLI 10 Service Standards. Be available to work rotating, on-call, including weekends and nights. Keep pools, fountains, hot tubs, and other amenity areas clean and operable. Maintain and monitor all safety-related equipment and needed records. Conduct 17-minute inspections as required, per policy, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents. Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company. Perform routine maintenance punch on vacant units before new resident occupancy and groundskeeper duties as required, including ensuring asset appearance to AMLI standards based on property size.

Requirements:
Maintenance and Repair experience in HVAC, Painting, Drywall, Basic Electric, and Plumbing. HVAC certification Availability for on-call rotation evenings and weekends. Valid Driver’s license for on-call rotation Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs. AMLI is a leader in sustainable
