Maintenance Technician for multifamily rental community 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 171 Auburn Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 We seek a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a midrise rental community of 144 units in downtown. If you have a passion for maintenance and a commitment to providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (AC experience required).
- Perform appliance repairs and troubleshooting.
- Handle in-house painting tasks, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- In-house painting.
Qualifications:
- EPA certification is a must.
- Experience in HVAC, appliance repairs, and painting.
- CPO certification is a plus.
