At our hotel, the Maintenance Technician is more than a behind-the-scenes role – you’re a key player in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay. From fixing what’s broken to proactively keeping everything in top shape, you’ll be the go-to expert our team and guests can rely on.
What You’ll Do:
Keep It Running:
Perform regular inspections and repairs on our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to keep the hotel in peak condition.
Fix It First:
Tackle equipment issues and guest concerns quickly and effectively to keep everything operating smoothly.
Stay Ahead:
Execute preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime and ensure our property always looks and works its best. Be a Hero to
Guests:
Respond to maintenance requests with a smile and solution-focused attitude – your work directly impacts guest satisfaction!
Prioritize Safety:
Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a secure environment for staff and guests alike.
Team Player:
Work hand-in-hand with other departments and outside vendors to solve problems and complete projects.
What You Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a technical certification or degree!) Previous maintenance experience (hospitality is a plus!) Solid skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a “get it done” attitude Great communication and a guest-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends Physical stamina – must be able to lift/move 50+ lbs and handle tasks involving bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Schedule & Availability:
Openings on Day and Night Shifts Must be flexible, including weekends and holidays
