Maintenance Technicians – 1st & 2nd shift – valves hydraulics pneumatics Aminov Search Partners Atlanta, GA Join a leading manufacturer with a dominant market presence and a positive work culture as we seek Mechanical System Specialists for our shifts. Located in the southwestern suburbs of Atlanta, GA, these roles offer competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including a matched 401K. The day shift runs from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, while the evening shift spans 5:00 pm to 3:00 am with overtime paid at a time and a half rate. Your primary responsibility is to maintain, service, and troubleshoot mechanical systems, with a primary focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves. Experience in valve troubleshooting, replacement, and rebuilding in a die cast production environment is essential. •Responsibilities include: •Working with pneumatic systems and understanding compressed air principles. Identifying key components in hydraulic circuits and explaining basic hydraulic operations. Performing plumbing tasks, including installation and maintenance of various systems using different connection methods. Executing electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repair for both AC and DC power systems. Conducting welding using various methods such as Arc and Mig, along with plasma cutting. •Qualifications for the different levels of expertise: •Level I requires a high school diploma or GED with one to two years of experience. Level II demands similar education with two to four years of experience. Level III requires technical training certificates or an Associate’s degree, with six to eight years of experience. Candidates must demonstrate physical stamina for tasks like frequent standing and lifting up to 50 lbs., as well as working in environments with high noise levels and occasional exposure to heat, heights, and outside weather conditions.
