Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on first shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to read complex schematics, troubleshoot high-voltage systems, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment.

First Day Expectations:

Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints with minimal supervision Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues involving hydraulic presses, water jet robots, injection molding machines, conveyors, dies, and welding robots

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred 3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
