The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be adept at troubleshooting and maintaining various systems and equipment. This role requires a combination of hands-on skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality and make necessary adjustments. Conduct stick welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate components. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Analyze mechanical and electrical issues to develop effective solutions. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall operational efficiency and safety standards. Assist in technical sales by providing insights into equipment capabilities and maintenance needs. Experience Proficiency in technical sales is preferred but not required. Experience in welding, particularly stick welding, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of electrical systems and their maintenance. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is a plus. Prior experience in a maintenance role or similar position is beneficial. Excellent command of the English language for effective communication with team members and customers.
