The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with power tools, hand tools, and assembly line processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products are assembled and fabricated to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications. Work on the assembly line to fabricate components and ensure timely production. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the setup and teardown of production equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility or warehouse. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in the factory environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, warehouse, or factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other assembly equipment. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
