Role:

You’ll be responsible for inspecting residential properties and performing minor repairs and maintenance. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties (interior & exterior) Identify and report on maintenance issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs Perform general handyman tasks including: Basic plumbing & electrical repairs Drywall patching & painting Door/window adjustments Light carpentry Appliance troubleshooting Communicate findings clearly through written reports and photos Interact professionally with tenants, owners, and property managers

Qualifications:

Proven experience in home inspections and general repairs Strong knowledge of residential systems and building components Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Tools and smartphone required Bonus Skills (Not Required): Certified Home Inspector (ASHI, InterNACHI, or equivalent) HVAC experience Landscaping or exterior maintenance experience
